hello ive managed to purchase viridal 40mcg x2 injections starter pack just need to know how to inject it safely and what quantity would you recomend i start with dont want to overdo it

ive read that erections can last 4 hours and iff that happens you need to seek medical advice what do you do iff that occers go to accident and emergency?
