Question: Hi I am 63 and suffer from erectile disfunction what can you recommend please
doctor
Answered by Dr. Ivo Ditah (22 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
I will recommend you try alprostadil injections!

Detailed Answer:
HI and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this erectile dysfunction and I do understand how disturbing this can be. Having reviewed your information, I will like to know how you have been taking viagra before and what exactly has changed over the six years since starting treatment.

If viagra has failed completely, I will recommend the injectable alprostadil. Persons have often reported significant improvement with this after viagra fails to work as good as before. I will suggest you bring this up to your physician for approval and prescription as this requires a script for it to be dispensed at the pharmacy. If every other efforts fails, then we shall go ahead and explore further options to help you address this.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarification if need be.

am i right in thinking the needle contained within the kit is only short so it goes fully into the right place in the penis. are there any dangers in using this type of treatment
doctor
Answered by Dr. Ivo Ditah (5 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Needle is just to go into the blood vessels!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Main danger is irritation and pain at the injection site. If Hygiene isn't great, an infection may follow. Otherwise, there are no majors reasons to be scared.

I wish you well.

Brief Answer:
That's possible but very rare!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

That's possible for erections to last longer than 4hours and it is called priapism. However, this is not a common side effect and occurs only rarely. Should this happen, please visit the emergency unit for relief.

I wish you well.
