Question : i am a diabetic could i still get my wife pregant if so how my dick dont get that hard but in stand up and could break and my posing her i could penitrate but the only like you lie on her belly.

Dear sir i can understand your concern,
In my opinion you might be having erectile dysfunction
In diabetes there is a condition called as diabetic autonomic neuropathy
in which there will be difficulty in onset of erection and difficulty in maintenance of erection that means
"in this condition penis will become softer soon"
in some uncontrolled diabetic patients there will be disturbance in Sperm function also,So kindly get your sperm analysis done before planning for Baby.
There are some medications which can make your performance better,But usually they are Given after cardiac work up.
In some cases where medication fail to show adequate response,will be suggested a minor procedure called penile implant which can make your penis harder and allows easy penetration
many of my patents undergone this procedure and are felling much better now
