Brief Answer:
Wait until you improve

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Till your abscess heals completely and you become normal for tat aspect you should wait. Abscess itself or anesthesia or both can cause some problem in erection. Even after complete improvement your problem persists, then only you need evaluation. Inform this thing to your treating doctor also.

All the best.

Hope have answered your query, I will be happy to help further if required.

Regards,
Dr. Chintan Solanki
