Brief Answer:
Please get the tests as suggested

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for choosing HCM
the most probable reason for your ED is impaired blood supply as erection needs 10-15 times increase of blood flow at the time of erection. You need to be checked for Diabetes, Hypertension, free Testosterone level at 8.30AM in addition to the medications you are taking. It can be due to any of the above problems in addition to possible side effects of medications. The tests I can suggest are Rigiscan, CIS and Doppler study of penile tissue.
