Brief Answer:
I feel there is high possibility of IBS

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Although there is limited information to make a diagnosis but there is something which comes from mind in current situation. Presence of near normal CAT scan, Absence of detectable pathology, chronic nature of illness with multiple failed trials with different medications suggests that there is need to rule out the possible psychosomatic illness such as irritable bowel syndrome.

This is because irritable bowel syndrome and other psychosomatic disorder such as somatoform disorder present with vague symptoms and do not respond to any of the medications acting locally. Henceforth antidepressants are used and most patients respond well.

I am of the opinion that there is high suspicion for psychosomatic illness and an antidepressant should be tried for adequate period before searching for other causes of erectile dysfunction.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards.

Also the pain dosent go away would this still be a depression problem.

And in one period when i consume food with high acid i would get a burning filling in the same spot in my lower abdomen. It would go from a 5 pain to like a 9 or 10.
After taking pantropezol given to me by doctor the burning has gone away when i eat but the pain still persist all the time and never goes away. When i massage the area by putting pressure and going deep to where the pain is feels like a hard mass inside like a ball. But whe pain is mild mass is not there but pain is mild and never goes way.

Brief Answer:
I think still it favors psychosomatic illness

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

In light of additional information I feel the possibility remains same. For many of things, you do not have proper explanation in psychosomatic illness and this is I think reason for not having proper explanation for some of your experiences.

I hope this helps you further.
Thanks and regards.
