You have erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. In ED medicines like Sildenafil, Tadalafil on SOS basis helps. In PME medicines like Dapoxetine can be used on SOS basis about 1 hour before intercourse. Consult a psychiatrist for prescription. They are safe to use Herbal medicines like Tantex Forte (2 tabs twice a day) for ED and TanteX Royal for PME are used.
