Question: Sir i hav a problem of ed and premature ejaculation.sir i had made contact with u earlier also.u hav prescribed me confido and i m in contact of pshychatrist he prescribed me fluoxetine.i m marrried now and i have made relation with my wife i haV succeded many times but i m feeling problem in my relation from 3 days. I m getting erection and when i start to penetrate my erection goes away and feel somtime inflamation on the glans of my penis .and eretion get weak.sir please help me i m feeling frustrated.my disease is curable or not

Hi there.
I do remember you & am glad my advice helped you the last time around.
It is nice to note you had the confidence to get married & all is well.
Sometimes, in life, we go through 'phases' where we get stressed & a 'temporary impotence' with the spouse does set in. This does not mean it is permanent or incurable. It is definitely treatable & curable.
Please do consult the same psychiatrist you started out with.
If in XXXXXXX I can help you further if you came to visit with your spouse. I consult at a couple of places but XXXXXXX Hospital & XXXXXXX Bhateja Hospital are two areas I can be found constantly. If not, please take your spouse & consult a good dermatologist et psychiatrist near you.
Do try to use a herbal gel called "Himcolin Gel" on the shaft of your penis half hour to one hour before sex. Also please do use a vaginal lubricant like KY jelly. These two local applications may help offset the temporary status you feel.
The dryness may be contributing to the 'inflammation' on your glans...hence the KY may help there.

sir i got erection and many times i made relation with my wife in 1 month.but these days when i start sex i got erection after some time erection got weak and some time when i go for penetration my erection goes away.some time while doing intercourse erection got weak inside the vagina. what is this .i mfully frustrated..my disease have permanent cure or not. my pshychatrist says its pshychlogical.it is necessary to my psychatrist with my wife.pls answer
