Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction When Diagnosed With An Enlarged Prostate

Question: I get an erection almost all night long every night. I wake up hot and dream constantly it seems. Dreams are quite vivid and numerous. It's been going on for at least eight months. Nothing I do seems to help except getting real tired before I go to bed. Also, I have a slightly enlarged prostate which has been causing some problems with urination. But I have had this prostate enlargement a lot longer than the erectile problem.

Most of my dreams are not sexual in nature if that makes a difference! Also, are Tomsulosin and Dutasteride prescription drugs that require a doctor's order? I am not real enthused about taking drugs that have possible side affects as long as my arm!
