Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction While Planning For Pregnancy

Question: Hi I am asking on behalf of my husband. He is 32 year old facing erectile dysfunction from last 1 year. Tried ayurvedic medicine but doesn't work. His sperm count is good as checked. We are planning for baby. Please help

I advise you to get Doppler ultrasound done as normal erection mainly depends upon proper blood flow to the Penis on sexual arousal.

If this is normal, then we can think about nitric oxide production which helps in sustaining of erection.

And I would like to know some details about his medical condition like diabetes, hypertension etc. as it may play an important role in proper erection.

Depending on this, I can advise phosphodiesterase inhibitors like sildenafil if required as it helps in the production of nitric oxide.

Ok I will get that done. gynecologist who is doing my treatment gave him penegra last month n said it's all mental issue. I am attaching medical test report which was done. Please don't disclose it publicaly

not exactly he said he wants to do it from inside but his penis don't support. usaka pet BHI kharab rahata hai as khane k bad he goes to toilet vo BHI din me 3 To 4 time. usake fart kafi smelly hire hai jaise khana sadata ho andar. baki to koi aise issue nai hai. He is normal
