Question: HI DOC I AM 52 I HAVE ED I TAKE CIALIS BUT IT DOESN'T WORK MOST OF THE TIME. I TAKE 5 MG DAILY AND STILL DON'T GET MUCH OF A ERECTION. I SEE THINGS ON LINE THAT E MAILED TO ME TO HELP LIKE ONE OF THEM IS NITROXIN CAN YOU GIVE ME YOUR TAKE ON THESE TYPES OF DRUGS. I DO HAVE TPYE 2 DIABETES BUT MU NUMBERS ARE DOWN 112 TO 170 I KNOW NOT WHERE IT SHOULD BE BUT IT'S A LOT BETTER THAN IT WAS 6 YEARS AGO. HELP

Poor response from Cialis can be due to low dose , low testosterone or inherent non response to PDE5 inhibitor. Diabetes may also contribute to poor response. Please bring down fasting sugar to near 100-110, increase dose of Cialis to up to 20 mg and get a free testosterone level at 8 AM. there are many other options as well if this line of treatment doesn't work.
