Brief Answer:
You can go for Sildenafil/tadafil

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.

The drug inderal [propranolol] is causing erectile problems. Apart from that, Stress and anxiety related to poor performance can be the cause.

Before going for drugs, you should visit a sexologist and undergo psychosexual therapy which will provide you education about sexual organs, sensitive parts, foreplay and penetrative sex.

For, erectile dysfunction, well known drugs are sildensfil/tadafil. these drugs are usually prescribed but they have some side effects like they can lower your BP and you are on propranolol which reduces BP significantly. So as a result of combine effects you may have fainting episodes, even during sex also..

Another option is of penile vacuum pump, which draws blood in penile tissue by vacuum created by a device and it can last long until you remove the ring placed at the base of penile shaft. erection longer than 1 hour is dangerous. it may cause permanent damage to penile tissue.

All these options you should discuss with your treating doctor and sexologist. these are just suggestion on my side. you should start drugs or device usage only after consultation to respective doctor.

I hope this will be beneficial to you.. If you have further query feel free to ask..wishing you a good sexual life..

Brief Answer:
Dosage schedule is simple for sildenafil

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing again.

Common side effects of sildenafil include facial flushing, headaches, stomach pain, nasal congestion, nausea, diarrhea, and an inability to differentiate between the colors green and blue. serious side effects include chest pain, dizziness, fainting, irregular heart beat, shortness of breath, ringing in the ears, vision changes, penis erection that lasts longer than 4 hours [priapism] etc..

Viagra comes in a 25, 50, 100 mg tablets. Here, I can not suggest you a dosage schedule. that you have to ask to your doctor or consult a psychiatrist. Here, we are providing advice and opinion, not prescription. We are not taking any responsibility for anything unusual that may happen to patient so we are restricted from giving the dosage schedule.

Hope you can understand my limitation. Visit your doctor, he will give details.

I hope this will be beneficial to you..wishing you a good health..

Brief Answer:
Oils do not have any beneficial effects

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing again.

The oils and ointments available in market are not scientifically tested. Most of the ayurvedic and homeopathic medications, oils and ointments, which are promoted excessively are of no use. So dont waste money on that.

I have explained the possible use of penile vacuum pump..

I hope this will be beneficial to you. best of luck.
