I does not dring for more than a year. I did not smoke for more than 5 years. But two weeks before i did smoke for a week. That is also very less. Daily one cigarette with tea. And i drund two times. First time 2 and half beer last sunday and 1 beer yesterday vomitted. I still masturbate 3 times a week atleast.
Do i need to stop masturbating for few more days? Just stopping few days will cure this probs? Can i get the stronger penis by doing excersize.? By eating healthy foood? If so what are the food i should take? Please help me. I want to be a father. My dad is too eager in finding a girl for marriage now.

Masturbation 3 times in a week is absolutely normal and natural process at your age of 27. It has nothing to do with the present problem you are having. You may regain masturbation once the present problem is overcome.
