I m unable to satisfy my partner due to lack of hard erection.Pl help me as my self-confidence has fallen badly, it seems to me that my personal life will be devastated. Pl advice Is this curable? Will i be able to again achieve the same kind of strong erection which i used to get at my age of 24-28 yrs? Thanks in advance.

Brief Answer:
Its curable

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concern.

Presence of erectile dysfunction in young man could be due to multiple factors which includes psychological to organic problems. From available description and clinical reports there are two possible reasons. the first is high blood pressure and other is high cholesterol. All the other reports are almost within normal limits except Anti CCP and Vitamin D which are considered normal in XXXXXXX context.

So the treatment of both blood pressure and high cholesterol is required. Other than medical treatment there is need for proper exercise and dietary modification as they are equally important to medications.

Having said this I also request you to get penile Doppler for erectile dysfunction problem. This will reveal extent of problem in true sense.

Other than that I also like to inform you that having masturbation is normal and it does not cause any side effect.

I look forward to see you with penile doppler report. Before that see your doctor and start treatment for hypertension and high cholesterol.

Thanks and regards

Dear Doctor..
Thanks a lot helping me in overcoming this problem, which has been mentally bothering me a lot.

Today Appolo Hospital XXXXXXX OPD is not available. Hence will be trying tomorrow.

In the mean time, I have visited a Urologist in XXXXXXX who has diagnosed me with 2 medicines i.e
1) Tazzle- 20 mg ( 1 tab at every alternate day)
2) Ignitor (1 tab every day)

When I asked him to perform penile doppler test(I quoted as one of my friend in medical profession has advised me), He checked my thyrocare reports & said that PD test is not required as of now.

I just want to know, is this prescription correct. Should i start taking these pills or not? Also Pl advice, How much hours gap should i maintain between consumption of these pills & penile doppler test.

Thanks a lot, Doctor. I need your support to overcome this problem, as i have lost my self-confidence due to this ED problem.

Brief Answer:
please wait for test

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.

In my view it is better to wait for test before you start taking medications.
These medicines have proved value in ED but the treatment need to be started after through investigations.
If started wothout this it is possibe we never know the cause of problem.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards.
