For erectile dysfunction treatment is there. It depends on cause of the problem. 5-PDE inhibitor group of medicines like sildenafil, tadalafil or udenafil is helpful. One of them should be taken before 2 hours of sex.They are prescription medicines and you should take after consulting doctor only. Normally they can cause headache on second day as side effect. Some ayurvedic preparation also available like tentax royale.
If testosterone level is low, drug or injection for the same can be given after checkup.
