Question: I am XXXXXXX and gets attracted to muscle guys,even girls with good figure arouse me.I dont have erectile problem having intimacy with men and I will release semen soon while watching porn or getting oral with guys.I got married forcibly. How can I have good sex with my wife.Please suggest some pills if I dont get errection....Please help me with this issue. Thank You.
I have sinusitis and poly cystic kidney, mild piles and skin infection issues at thigh joints.Please prescribe medication keeping the above medical history of mine in mind.Thank you.

i can understand your problem.
you are having psycho-sexual problem. As you get attracted towards male, it is commonly seen to have Erectile dysfunction while doing intercourse with female.
You can use some drugs like Tadalafil with Dupoxetine but first make sure you are not having any cardiac illness or heart problems. Better to take these drugs after consultation with physician.
Increase the better emotional bonding with your wife. It will help you to overcome your problem.
