Brief Answer:
Erectile dysfunction

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Erectile dysfunction is most commonly related to performance anxiety and stress.
Diabetes and Hypertension ( Including medication such as beta blockers used in its treatment ) as well as Neurological compromise and hormonal deficiencies as that of testosterone levels should be checked for if the E.D persists despite counseling and sex therapy. A Doppler Ultrasound of penis / pelvic flow studies can be advised to look for a patent vascular supply. Sex therapy is a counseling option that aids in reducing performance anxiety and helps you in overcoming any unreasonable expectations by learning to stay in the moment taking into consideration your partner. Dapoxetine in case of Premature ejaculation and sildenafil for erectile dysfunction can be advised after consultation and due workup with your doctor. Smoking and alcohol should be avoided as they too can affect sexual performance adversely.
