Question: Hello Sir,
I am 26 and had a masturbating habit. From few days I observed that my penis becomes loose but erection is good) and feeling some thing went down in buttocks area and feeling discomfort while sitting and walking. Recently went to XXXXXXX and he asked me to go for testosterone hormone test. The results are like below,

Testosterene -Free - 0.84pg/ml
He suggested me to use androsure capsules(3 per day) , nanoleo(2 per day) and tadafil(1 per day) and am using from last one week.
I don't see any improvement and my penis and buttocks becomes very loose after using this. Please suggest me whether I need to continue to use these tablets or not?

Hello Sir,
I interpreted your query and concern.
I require a clarification in reference to your free testosterone levels-
Is it 0.84 pg/l or 0.84 ng/ml?
Please confirm this before we proceed.
It will be good if you can upload your test report.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Therapy is given for at least 6-12 months.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I understand your concern.
I apologise for the delayed response.
I have not received the attached report as yet.Kindly recheck .Make sure you attach in the upload image box provided to the left of your query box.
Okay now assuming your lab values to be true, the total testosterone values seem to be within the normal limits.
But the free testosterone values are very low. This suggests Hypogonadism.
The normal free testosterone levels for your age and sex are 90-300 pg/ml.
Your doctor has prescribed the right kind of medicines for testosterone deficiency.
The therapy with testosterone is usually prescribed for at least 6 -12 months. It is reassessed every 3 months.Hence you obviously will not find improvement after 10 day use.
You actually need further diagnostic work up to assess this hypogonadism-if it is primary for secondary type. For this I advise you the following.
1. Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels
2. Luteinizing hormone (LH) levels
3. Prolactin levels
4. Thyroid function
5. Seminal fluid examination
6. Testicular biopsy(only if above tests are found to be abnormal)
Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.

Thank you Sir..I will continue this medicine therapy.
The main problem I have is my penis becomes very loose and something went down in my buttocks area.
It is frustrating me a lot and to wear inner ware and trousers. Even while sitting and walking I have lot of discomfort.
Is this expected symptom due to low hormone. Will it become normal after this medicine therapy?
Please suggest me..

Brief Answer:
Symptoms reverse with hormone therapy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,
I understand your concern.
The looseness(flaccidity) of the penis and the buttocks area is largely due to testosterone deficiency.
Yes certainly these symptoms largely improve and may even normalize with external hormone therapy.
