Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Question: Hi, I tried to have sexual intercourse with my wife many times. But I am not able to insert my penis inside her vagina. What I normally do is mark the spot where the vaginal hole is. Then I try to insert my penis in the missionary position. She says it feels like going inside but not sure. I don't know what to do. I don't know where the mistake is. I feel very dejected because of this. I feel very stressed out. Watching porn movies didn't work. I want someone to show a demo. If we go to a doctor can I try to have intercourse with my wife in front of the doctor so that the mistake can be found. Will the doctor allow it first of all? please advise.

Brief Answer:
procedure is mentioned, couple counseling may be needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern.

Your problem is due to lack of awareness about body parts and lack of knowledge of sex.

I suggest reading following about female genitalia.

https://en.YYYYYYYYYY.org/wiki/Female_reproductive_system

http://www.YYYY.com/women/picture-of-the-vagina

After understanding anatomy of female vagina try to explore your wife's vagina with your clean little finger gently. If she is comfortable, try explore with index finger and learn what and where the vagina is. Your wife should also try to feel your finger. With this process if she is able to feel the finger, then everything is fine.

After that during sex give maximum time in foreplay and enjoy the process. Do not think actively about erection or entering of penis in vagina while foreplay.
When your erection is full ask your wife to hold penis and she herself try to insert the same in her vagina.Female herself can feel better and know how she should make penis enter in to vagina.

Even after such frequent attempts you cannot succeed, consulting sexologist/psychiatrist will help. In couple counseling Doctor make you understand about different aspect of sex with examination, charts, images and videos. At last if needed doctor may allow to perform sex in clinic with written consent. But I guess you can do successful sex without the same.

If you have still any doubt , let me know more information:

- Since when are you married?

- Is there no successful attempt yet?

- What is frequency of sex?

- Do you and your wife enjoy masturbation?

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
