Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction
Counselling and 5 phosphodiesterase inhibitor drugs
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through your problem. What you described seems to be erectile dysfunction. If you were able to masturbate without a problem and if you have early morning erections, then this is more likely situational. Anxiety and failure may also be contributing to this problem.
In such circumstances you will largely benefit by sex counseling. The first step towards counseling discussing with your partner. Try and sort out anxieties if any.
In the interim, you can be started on 5 phosphodiesterase inhbitor drugs like tadafil 5mg few hours before planned intercourse. This medication is available on prescription from a local doctor. It should be avoided if you have previous heart ailment or taking large dose of antihypertensive drugs. Your doctor will know about it.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Counselling is the primary treatment...

You may take tadalafil with a prescription from your doctor. It is an interim management of your problem, until you plan and consider sexual counseling. It is also important to discuss with your partner - it is an essential part of treatment.

I discussed this problem with my partner and we are clueless as why is this happening. we not going through any worries or stress level. i presume this is not any disorder but just a common scenario which i don't need to worry about.unless i talk to a doctor and get a prescription assigned.
I will consult a local doctor nearby my place and check with him about this concern.
Thanks for your patience and support.
Wish you good luck!!

Hi,
Fear of failure / losing erection inhibits erectile function. Loss of erection adds to fear of failure. This is a vicious cycle. As I said earlier, if you are able to perform masturbation and if you have early morning erection, the chances of other physical causes of erectile dysfunction are less likely.
Counselling will help you break the jinx and restart sexual function. The medication that I suggest is only a temporary solution, until you find the real cause and treat it.
I hope I have addressed your concern to your satisfaction. if yes, please please close this discussion.
