Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I looked at your medications and see that you listed hydrocodone. Opiates like hydrocodone can cause ED so that may be at least part of the problem. If you can control your pain in some other way than hydrocodone, it may help significantly.

I also see that you have diabetes. Diabetes can cause problems with the small blood vessels and nerves in the penis and that may be playing a role if you have had diabetes for many years and your blood sugar has not been well controlled during that time.

In order to decide on the best treatment for you, it is best to find out what the underlying cause of your erectile dysfunction is, and for that I recommend seeing a urologist. The urologist can do a type of ultrasound test that will show whether there is a vascular cause, possibly related to your diabetes.

Treatment will depend on what is found on exam and imaging studies.

If you have been on hydrocodone for a while, talk with your doctor about a consult with a pain management specialist or pain clinic, as these specialists are expert at knowing alternative treatments to use in place of opiates. It's possible that just switching to a different type of pain medication or treatment might take care of the ED problem.
