Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Such an acute episode should not be taken lightly. An ER visit would be ideal to assess for any airway obstruction or narrowing to relieve it urgently. Oxygen saturation and vitals needs to be checked. Throat should be examined and the chest should be auscultated. Chest x ray should be advised and the possibility of a foreign body be ruled out. PPI like esomeprazole can be advised to relieve GERD symptoms. Blood counts for a raised tlc and esr should be sent. Antibiotics with steroids can be commenced if clinically evident. The medication you are currently using should be checked to rule out any interaction.

please consult your doctor before taking any further course of action.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
