From the history you have given it looks like you are suffering from gastroenteritis. Here is what you should do

1. Tab omeprazole with domperidone is the ideal tablet for you. It has to be taken once daily before food
2. Avoid milk, milk products and caffeine until you are better
3. avoid spicy and oily food
4. eat on time and at regular intervals. Do not skip meals
5. Tab sporolac three times daily will replenish bad bacteria of the gut with good bacteria
6. keep yourself well hydrated with water
