Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have noted down your concern

I suggest you to use a sunscreen regularly, throughout the day. A sunscreen with an spf of 50 more more, would be ideal e.g Sebamed sunscreen. Reapply it every 2-3 hours, throughout the day i.e 8am, 11 pm, 2 pm.
At night, you may use a pigment reducing cream, containing ingredients like glycolic acid, kojic acid and arbutin e.g Demelan cream.
These are prescription medications and I suggest that you talk to a dermatologist in your region for the needful. You may also opt for a few sessions of chemical peeling from a dermatologist near you. A glycolic peel, performed once every 2 weeks would be great.
Avoid using any other cosmetics on face like fairness cream etc.

Regards
