Brief Answer:
Eat proper breakfast.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms can be due to absence of proper food in breakfast. I would suggest that you should take proper breakfast like some wheat bread/toast or something like idli/uttapam/chilla, etc under supervision of your dietician. You can take a probiotic along with Omeprazole 40mg for relief.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
no need to avoid any food.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
There is no need to leave milk/paneer, etc. Since your symptoms vanish after taking lunch, it seems most probably due to being only on liquid breakfast. Our breakfast should be a good oe as compared to the other meals and dinner should be the lightest. You can eat anything healthy and nutritious in your meals. If you follow the correct eating habits, there will be no need of medicines.
I hope this answers your query. If you have any further doubts, please mention.
Regards. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
continue with the precautions you are following.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for providing more information.
Hair fall depends upon many factors like hereditary factors, dandruff, stress, spicy foods being the most common. I would suggest that you should get your scalp examined by a Dermatologist for planning hair fall control. Regarding your stool habits, they are not abnormal. You can increase intake of salads and roughage in your diet. Moreover when you will change your breakfast habits, you may feel relieved from feeling of incomplete evacuation of stools.
I hope this answers your query.
I wish you good health. If you have any further query, please mention.
Regards. Thanks.
