Suggest Treatment For Excessive Hair Loss
Question: I am 27 year old female.Almost 6-7 yrs I had great amount of hair loss. Since last 2 yrs I have been on multivitamins, amino acid, biotin supplements. Hair fall has reduced and is in control. Hemoglobin level is also good(around 13). However the density has reduced and hair has become thinner. Dermatologist has suggested supplements along with Denseux hair growth serum and Ducray Anastim lotion to be applied daily for improving density. Does these lotion work to improve density? Are there any chances to improve density of hair or new hair growth(I don't wish to go for surgical procedure).
Brief Answer:
Medicines will work
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
The medication suggested to you is good and will work.
You can also use minoxidil solution.
It is the oldest known and best in hair fall treatment.
The only problem is that you will have to use these medications life long.
They will work only till the time you are using it.
Once you stop, hair fall can again begin.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

What about PRP treatment? Does that work for improving density and hair growth? Are the results temporary or permanent and is there any adverse effect to it? I had asked the doctor about it.She said that it is banned and advised not to go for that treatment.
