Suggest Treatment For Excessive Skin Around The Head On The Penis

Question: Well I am a 25 year old male, I have a lot of foreskin on my penis, even when its erect it still covers it. I ahve never had sex before, wanted to know if that would be a problem after marraige, do i need to get it removed surgically?
Brief Answer:
Nothing needs to be done if there is no difficulty in retraction.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
If the foreskin comes back easily during erection - complete erection then you need not do anything about it.
Only if thats a problem then I can suggest some treatment.
Otherwise, do not worry.
Just keep the under area clean by retracting your foreskin during baths.
Take care and do let me know if there are other queries.

Thank you so much for your prompt reply.
Btw the foreskin does come back, but not very easily, i do sense a slight pain when retracting it during masturbation (very very minor pain). But wonder when i have sex it might have to be retracted more so would that be an issue?

Brief Answer:
It wont be an issue if there is no tight band around the glans.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Good to hear from you.
If you do have pain while retracting then it would be better to see a Surgeon who can examine you and tell whether there is a tight band which is frequent. If there is a band, then it would be better to get it removed.
But usually if retraction is not difficult then sex with a partner is also not.
Have you tried getting the foreskin back once it is erect? This would be able to tell whether you need the treatment or surgery or not.
Seeing a Surgeon would be best. If you dont want to do that then you could send me a photo and I could tell you the same.
But, I dont think you need to worry. You should be fine during intercourse also.
Take care and do let me know how I can help you further.
