1) Only one testicle involved. Can you give me your opinion for both cases: a) all around testicle b) localized in one place, as I am not sure which one it is.
2) I live in southern California. No cold weather.
3) I rather not. The side of the scrotum affected is as large as an extra large or jumbo chicken egg including the soft tissues which at the touch feel like the small intestines of a very small animal. Otherwise the size of both testicles are the same and I do not detect any hardness in the testicle itself in the affected area.

Please consult qualified General Surgeon for examination .It could be due to either Hernia or Hydrocele .
