Suggest Treatment For Excessive Sweating During The Night

Question: My boyfriend is suffering at night and early mornings with severe sweating, involuntary rocking, worry, stress as he is going thru a divorce. He has not lived with her for 6 months after a 29 year marriage. His ex-wife to be is an addict/alcoholic and recently hospitalized for it but will not seek professional help. She stopped drinking for 2 weeks after getting released and has started drinking again and he is very worried, feels guilty but says the stress is killing him and he doesn't think he will survive. He physically almost throws up, hyperventilates, and He does not sleep well either. I have suggested seeing his doctor but he is reluctant. What can i do to help him?
Brief Answer:
I think he needs a prescription drug to release his anxiety.
Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,
I think he needs a prescription drug to release his anxiety.
But till then--give him nutmeg powder --1 tsp in half a glass of milk--it will relax him quite a bit and help him sleep better.
Another anxiety reducing supplement is Ashwagandha capsules available in XXXXXXX stores by Himalaya company. One capsule twice a day will also help.
Please try these, but ultimately the cause has to be treated.
Does he take any other medications?
Does he have blood pressure and Diabetes--if so they need to be checked.
Regards
