Brief Answer:
Sweating is induced by certain foods as well.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Welcome to this site!
I am Dr V XXXXXXX a Sr Dermatologist.

I have noted your concerns. A good number of normal individuals experience the same symptoms as yours. There is nothing to be worry about due to this observation.

This happens due to stimulation of ceratin nerves in our body that make a connection between our taste buds and the sweat producing glands. When taste buds are stimulated, the message travels through nerves to release the chemicals that control the secretions from sweat galnds which pour out sweat.

I feel that one can easily control the situation by limiting the foods that cause triggering of sweat production and release. In some persons it may be due to spicy or fried foods.

In some individuals it can also be related to anxiety. It is only by careful observation that one can establish a connection between the two conditions and then initiate suitable measures for control.

I hope, you too will be in a position to isolate the cause operative in your case and get better.

With best wishes from us, always!
