I can certainly understand your concern.

Considering excessive bleeding in your case, it's important to screen for significant uterine pathology along with assessment of hormone profile.

I advise you to get an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to determine further course of action.

Additionally, I advise you to get the following blood tests.

Complete Thyroid profile
Complete blood counts

Further management if any is largely based on test reports.

Meanwhile, to control excessive bleeding, I advise oral pills of Tranexa after discussing with your physician.Please check if he/she shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.
