Brief Answer:
Sub clinical hypothyroidism and dyslipidemia
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Welcome back. I have gone through the lab reports. My comments and suggestions for treatment are:
1. Subclinical hypothyroidism: Your Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) is slightly elevated and thyroid hormones ( T3 & T4) are normal.
Suggestions: You need to be started on thyroid medications if you are planning pregnancy or if your cholesterol levels are high. Here your cholesterol is high, so you need to start on medications. Thyroxine ( Thyronorm or Eltroxin) tablets can be started at 25mcg dose after consulting a physician. You can repeat TSH after 6 weeks of medications.
2.LDL cholesterol ( bad cholesterol) is high and total cholesterol is borderline high
Suggestions : diet control and once started on thyroid medications your cholesterol and LDL cholesterol will come back to normal. If it not normalised within 3 months, you should start on medications.
3. Mild anemia: needs dietary modifications- iron rich food or iron supplements
4. Fasting blood sugars slightly high - diet modifications
Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you
