Detailed Answer:
Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I appreciate your health concerns.
Have you ever visited surgeon for it ?
The important thing here is first to establish that whether it is haemorrhoid or something else.
Haemorrhoid usually presents with painless bleeding and may or may not prolapse. It depends upon the severity.
The other possibility is anal fissure but it is associated with severe pain while defecation.
In your case it appear to be grade1 haemorrhoid. You should stay calm and add fibre to your diet. Prevent constipation and use laxative like lactulose 30ml at night.
As far as definitive treatment is concerned , in early cases Banding and injection sclerotherapy are best. Meet your surgeon.
Hope it helps if you still have any query feel free to ask.
