Suggest Treatment For External Hemorrhoids
Question: Is there any thing else that will help with external hemorrhoids besides otc creams/ointments. I also started taking Prunex to hopefully eliminate further constipation until they are more healed. (They became irritated after needing pain meds followed by constipation, after a hysterectomy.)

There is no medicine which will make your hemorrhoids disappear. Please note that hemorrhoids are caused by enlarged veins in this area. Once the vein gets enlarged, wont shrink back to normal.
So any suppositories or creams can only help with inflammation and should not be used for a long time.
The only permanent solutios is surgery. You may try sitz baths with Oak Bark. But this also wont make them disappear.
