Brief Answer:
hemorrhoids.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Pain during defecation and the presence of a bump on anal sphincter :it seem to be an external hemorrhoid.
It also can cause bleeding during and after a bowel movement and usually blood is bright red and not mixed with stool. It can also cause an intense itching around anus.
Physical examination can determine the diagnosis.I would suggest to consult a physician to confirm the diagnosis.
The aim of the treatment is to ease the pain and inflammation. You should eat a diet rich in fibers to prevent constipation because it can make the hemorrhoids worse.
There are a lot of symptomatic treatment that can ease the discomfort.Your doctor can prescribe you them ,depending on the physical examination and the present symptoms.

The definitive treatment for severe hemorrhoids is surgery.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have question or doubts to clarify.I would be happy to help.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
