Can u pls tell that can this be cellultis and soft tissue infection
Can I take cefi xl d for same if I m on akt 2
cellulitis is soft tissue infection
Detailed Answer:
I would not be able to say if it is cellulitis or not. The diagnosis of cellulitis can be made with history and examination. Of course bacterial infections are common during TB treatment. Yes cefixime and drugs are given during AKT as well.
If your doctor says it to be cellulitis it needs proper debridement of the tissue, dressings, aseptic precautions and medications.
