Question: I am suffering from eye infection yellow pus is coming on my eye ball from inside top eye cover please see images

This is conjunctivitis and needs frequent washing with plain water and antibiotic eye drops like Gentycin or mosi eye drops 4to 5 times a day.
In case if the eyes are stuck up in the morning then ciplox eye ointment can be used in the night.
