Question: 1. My daughter is 23 days old, she is vomits milk (mother feed) and sometimes stuffs comes out from her nose too, please suggest?

You need to gently massage with the tip of a finger, stroking downward from the inner angle of the eye to the ala of the nose. This has to be done for a few times multiple times a day regularly. The ducts would soon open up and the watering will go away. Unless there is redness in the eyes or unless there is pus formation, there is no reason to believe that there is an infection in the eyes.
