Brief Answer:
Get immediately to ER, Ophthalmologist opinion as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry to hear about such an accident.

The vision is a result of many structures in eye.

Trauma to eyes not necessarily leads to vision loss always.
If the injury is not on cornea then good results are expected.

Don't panic just reach to ER and get an consultation from an Ophthalmologist as soon as possible for expert advice and care.

May God bring all things right.
