Brief Answer:
Remedy for facial melanosis and hair loss

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.

You seem to have a condition known as facial melanosis. It is commonly idiopathic.
However, lichen planus pigmentosus and contact dermatitis to hair XXXXXXX or creams/ cosmetics may also present with facial hyperpigmentation.

Sun protection is an essential part of the management of facial melanosis/ hyperpigmentation.

I would suggest you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen, throughout the day. It should have both UV A as well as UV B coverage.
A sunscreen with minimum spf 30 or more is broad spectrum.
Reapply every 2-3 hours.
Neutrogena dry touch ultrasheer sunscreen is an OTC broad spectrum sunscreen. You may try it.

At night I usually recommend my patients to apply a pigment reducing cream, containing one or more of the following ingredients like kojic acid, glycolic acid, hydroquinone, mometasone, tretinoin etc.

A combination of mometasone+tretinoin+hydroquinone is a gold standard for treatment of hyperpigmentation/ melanosis. It is available only on prescription of a dermatologist.
It is to be applied once daily at night.
The product is not advisable for use beyond 1-2 months because of risk of side effects like skin atrophy etc.
Once the early response has been obtained with this combination it should be switched with other pigment reducing agents like kojic acid, glycolic acid, hydroquinone etc which are safer even for long term use.

Regarding hair loss and thinning, you may start an Iron supplement and a Biotin supplement once daily. Continue it for 6-12 months.
In addition you may use a topical Minoxidil 2% solution at scalp/ hair roots, twice daily.
Minoxidil is a hair growth promoter and is a US FDA approved product. It is available on prescription of a dermatologist.
Wash your hair twice or thrice weekly with a gentle cleansing shampoo.

These are all prescription products therefore I suggest you to visit a skin specialist in your vicinity for the needful.

Regards
