Brief Answer:
Sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back with the details

Dull aching pain since one week on the forehead points towards sinusitis. Here is how you should go about it

1. Steam inhalation three times a day for about 5 minutes each time
2. Tab Acelofenac or Acetaminophen is a good pain killer for the dull pain. DO not take more than twice daily
3. Avoid cold food and beverages until you are better
4. If the pain persists I recommend that you get a x ray of the sinuses done and approach an ENT specialist

I hope I was of help, please get back to me if you have any further doubts

Thanks for getting back. You have asked a very good question. Headaches with brain aneurysms are typically extremely severe and increase on exertion.
