Brief Answer:
May reduced the efficacy as per the research

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted that you have been prescribed Tegretol that is Carbamazepine for Trigeminal Neuralgia and nor Meloxicam for calf strain that has caused swelling and pain in calf - As per the available records there are no serious interactions between the two.
But some reports say they can reduce the efficacy of each other by altering the metabolism.
This may reduce the efficacy of either of or both that you can know by symptomatic relief. You will know if the effect is reduced.

Please talk to your prescribing Doctor/s too before altering any decision.
Take care.
Wishing you all the best.
With regards.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
