Brief Answer:
Child should be examined
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to this forum.
Can understand your concerns.
I have seen the picture that you have attached.
There is presence of loose tissue beneath eyes due to which if there is bleeding there is accumulation of blood. This results in swelling and bruising beneath eyes.
Since, there is swelling and bruising beneath eyes in your child there are chances if bleed due to nasal bridge injury.
an examination by a doctor is mandatory so that we may not miss any important finding. I suggest you to get the child examined by a doctor.
I hope this will help you.
Take care.
