Is this a risky process or treatment is pretty sure. As per one Dr we visited the injection prescribed is bit risky.We reside in XXXXXXX and for better treatment can move to any other place by flight.

The treatment is standard and would be similar elsewhere too. So, in my opinion, there is no need to move to another place.
The risk is associated with the disease, and not the injection; as falciparum causes the most severe form of malaria.
The patient needs to be closely monitored regarding the kidney functions, blood parameters, etc, which can get affected by this malaria parasite.
