Suggest Treatment For Fatigue, Abdominal Cramps And Nausea Caused By Diarrhoea

Question: Good morning, I have had diarrhoea within an hour of eating for the last two weeks. I have cramp-like pains on either side of my abdomen but no pain on actually going to the toilet. I feel better immediately afterwards, until the next episode. I also have some mild but persistent nausea although I'm not actually sick. I have also noticed that my skin has become much noticeably drier of the last few weeks and I have uncharacteristic (for me!) fatigue. I do not pass any blood, mucus etc. I would be grateful for your advice.
Brief Answer:
Get your stool and blood examination
Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am Dr.Amit Jain (DM, Gastroenterologist). It appears that you have developed acute infectious enteritis. I will advise you to get your stool examination and complete haemogram for confirmation. Meanwhile take a course of antibiotic like ofloxacin and ornidazole which I found very useful in my patients. Take lots of fluid to keep your hydration level well. I hope I have answered your query. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Wish you a good health
