Question: I am fatigued most of the day and also have developed Brain fog. Sometimes, it's difficult for me to remember names or words. Sometimes I have difficulty thinking through.

Hi Mr XXXXXXX

I have noted your symptoms.

I have also seen your blood and urine reports.

Symptoms are suggestive of mild cognitive impairment (MCI). You require detailed evaluation to determine the underlying cause.

This would include vitamin B12 level in the blood and a brain scan. A detailed neuropsychological assessment would also be helpful.

At this stage you can continue vitamin B12 supplements (mecobalamin). In addition, piracetam tablets would also be helpful.

Adequate sleep at night (7-8 hours) along with avoiding stress/tension are also helpful.
