Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully passed through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to low blood pressure.

By the way, what are your actual blood pressure values?

Regarding your low heart rate, it is important to determine if it is a sinus bradycardia or a cardiac conductance abnormality ( sino- atrial or atrio- ventricular block).

I would like to review your performed ECG if you can upload it for a second professional opinion.

I would also recommend performing an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring and a cardiac ultrasound.

It is important to rule out a degerative cardiac conductance disorder.

Are you taking any beta blockers or calcium channel blocker, or other drugs with a similar effect? In such case they should be stopped.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
