Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that a double dose of nitroglycerine would lead to low blood pressure and other symptoms (like fatigue, gel swelling, etc.).

What are her actual blood pressure values?

If her blood pressure values are below 110/70 mm Hg or if she has symptoms like fatigue, dizziness, lightheadness, I would recommend reduce the dose of nitroglycerin as the previous dose.

You should discuss with her doctor about these issues.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
