Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Weakness

More info on previous symptoms:
We have been walking trails at XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Arches NPs - 8 to 9,000 feet elevation locations; we've done trails with 380 foot elevations rises.
Husband has been craving sugar -- ate a large Reeses (2 circles) at around 3:00 p.m. today. Had a regular Pepsi yesterday, had sugar in his coffee (doesn't usually). He had a club sandwich BLT which had mayo on it also around 2:00 pm today and wasn't refrigerated most of today. He thinks the homefried potato chips which tasted stale today were part of the problem. He is still having nausea and the 'tightness' moved up to his throat. -- We called 911 at that point and he vomited copiously before the three EMT's from the Page, AZ Hospital came. His EKG was perfect, his sugar was perfect; their DX was a combination of elevation sickness and dehydration. We did not transport to the hospital; he feels fine now.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
I can certainly understand your concern.
I have worked through your query in detail.
Many if your symptoms are related to serum electrolyte disturbances secondary to vomiting.
Thus can cause drowsiness , fatigue , dehydration and low blood pressure.
It's important to assess the serum electrolyte levels and blood glucose levels along with an ultrasound abdomen.
Further management requires electrolyte replenishment based on lab results.
Meanwhile, I advise oral pills of tab Pantoprazole D one pill day on empty stomach before breakfast.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills and tests to you.
Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
