Question: I am experiencing extreme fatigue, constipation and seems like hair loss?

Hello and welcome,

I recommend you go to your doctor for an evaluation that should include a physical exam, including your thyroid, and blood tests. A testosterone level can be included, but the yield of benefit from testing this is not as high as the other tests I listed.

The blood tests should include a complete blood count to check for anemia, but also a TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) and thyroxine level. Low thyroid function can cause all of your symptoms, and can be treated. A chemistry panel and A1C or fasting blood sugar should be included too.
