I am based in Australia
My working hours are 9am to 5pm
I get up around 4:30 AM n the morning to do Yoga and stuff and sleep around 9:30 Pm or 10 PM

2. I dont feel dizzy if I am fasting....Sometimes I have seen that happening after lunch...But not a regular trend....This happens if I am on a long conversation like more than 30 min and walking at the same time...I eat dinner and breakfast and dont feel any fatigue thereafter...Now for e.g I had this flair towards the end of the day at work and continued till I reached home...Had to take combiflam for headache and then off to sleep

3 Librax I am taking from past 3 days only...this has been happening from few weeks now (Sometimes daily sometimes it doesnt happen)

4 There are no night shifts as I already told you about my schedule

Please advise?

Brief Answer:
You have to sleep more.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your information, your sleeping hours are less.
You have to.sleep for at least 8hours.
Another important cause of dizziness is low Glucose levels in the blood. So, you should take frequent small feeds.
The commonest cause of your symptoms as per Medical literature is Tension/Strain.As you are getting strained due to continuous talking,it may be the triggering factor.
I would like you to check your BLOOD PRESSURE (BP) regularly,Blood Glucose levels,Thyroid function tests.
Librax will.cause dizziness. Please consult your doctor regarding this.
If you come back with above investigations,I will clarify further.
Sleep well.Do Yoga/Breathing exercises regularly.
You will be free from your complaints.
Hope I answered your question.
Wish you good health.
